Well the end of 2013 was busy. My relationship with Strongbrook has resulted in my first investment property in Kissimmee, Florida. Obviously the yard needs a little tlc, and it's getting that at this time, as well as a little rehab on the inside. The inside pics were quite nice, and looks like they took good care of it! 4-bedrooms and now also has a fenced backyard. Should have renters within the next 4-6 weeks.
